The apartments were always clean, which is important to me. The location was quiet and convenient, not far from everything in Surfers Paradise.- The staff provided fabulous service, always friendly and attentive.

The carpark was a bit confusing to navigate, with different levels and wings. There was no hair dryer in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic value and brilliant apartment. A little awkward to get there however.

Calm, peaceful, secure apartments. If you have a car, you can get secured parking and these apartments are minutes away from Surfers Paradise, and therefore a safe, and noise free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a residential area that is within walking distance to the Light Rail station. The public transport options were super efficient, and we were able to easily hop on the tram to go to shopping malls. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with a nice pool and hot tub. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided exceptional service, even going above and beyond by lending us an umbrella when it rained. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided excellent value for money.

Very surprised with the layout and size of the apartment. Apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished well. Very comfortable as well. Due to the cold and windy weather we could not sit outside on the very spacious balcony and enjoy the views.

No complaints at all, but a coffee shop/light meals would be nice!

basically everything was very good, size of apartment, modernity, cleanliness, quietness, staff & location (although not on the beach). relatively quick access to all the major theme parks & shopping/entertaining at surfers paradise. apartment is located in a relatively nice area. Good value for money. Would be quick to recomment the apartments.

swimming pool was nice but nothing special. surprised the apartment did not have international power sockets & is only fitted for australian plugs (need adaptor if use non-australian leads)

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the g-link train station which connects to bus lines in Southport. This makes it convenient to explore the Gold Coast. there are plenty of options for groceries or take-away stores in the area.

The construction work taking place near the hotel may cause some inconvenience during the stay.

Close to amenities (shop/school/foods) value for money (definitely)

Probably the fact that I came from small town (Port Douglas) where parking is forever free, I find it amazing that I have to pay to park the car in the hotel...

Spacious kitchen well supplied very comfortable bed service daily was very nice quite roomy

Our room faced the entrance ( where cars parked as they registered) and underground parking entrance. It was noisy with vehicles/people coming and going and people talking . Sat night was especially noisy with others celebrating nearby. Dish washer operation was very problematic.

I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away from the main road traffic in a quiet neighborhood. I loved that it was close to everything, including the Sundale Bridge that leads to Main Beach. The value for money was excellent, as the room amenities like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a private bathroom with a shower exceeded my expectations. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to accommodate any request I had. The leisure spa & wellness center, sauna, and exercise gym were a great bonus, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel.
